Joe Head Joe is a rather odd skullmonkey that made his first appearance in Skullmonkeys.

Joe Head Joe resembles an abnormally large Skullmonkey with black fur and a screaming human head, resembling that of game designer Joseph Sanabria, for a torso, with the capability of breathing fire and deploying his own eyes out of their sockets. Luckily, he is very slow and can't jump too high.

During Skullmonkeys, Joe Head Joe had recently been ostracized to the damp bowels of the Skullmonkey Brand Hotdog factory. He appears to be in servitude of Klogg, as he attempts to kill Klaymen in his journey to save the Neverhood.
